Lawsuit filed in the Inter-American Commission of Human Rights by Manny and Patricia Oliver on behalf of their son Joaquin against the United States for putting gun rights over their son’s right to live. Joaquin was one of 17 people killed in the Parkland, FL, school massacre in 2018.
